Q: “Are there any charges for return?”
Items below 500/- are chargeable at Rs. 150/
Q: “What items are not returnable?”
- There is no return on items marked as SALE. In case you still wish to return the product, please note that the shipping charges of Rs 150/- will need to be borne by the customer for sending the product back to us.
- Face masks, keychains, free gifts & promotional items are not returnable.
- International Orders are not eligible for any return.
Q: “Why will my return rejected?”
Item received has not been sent back with all its original packaging and perfect condition
Q: “How soon will I get my refund?”
It will take up-to 3 to 5 business days for refund to reflect in your account, after the return item has been delivered and inspected by us.
